Paige Hartman and Jackie Schell

Paige and Jackie are two friends and roommates who decided to attend a Habitat for Humanity information meeting during Welcome Week and never looked back. They attended their first Mega Build together a few years ago and have made it a tradition since. While on various build sites, they have learned how to sod a lawn, paint different parts of a house, landscape, and caulk. Needless to say, these two have had fun while making an impact in their community. Paige was surprised at how easy it was to get involved and how the Habitat site workers can teach you about building a house while on the site. Jackie has enjoyed getting to meet new people that all have the same passions for giving back. Habitat for Humanity at the University of Minnesota loves having amazing members like these two fierce volunteers! Thank you for all your dedication to making the Minneapolis community a better place for so many families.
